Our programme is designed to bring you rest, enable to you re-centre and re-charge at this time of the Spring Equinox giving you the resilience you need to move into the busy outward season of Spring & the year ahead.
You will start with an introduction to each other, a group of like minded women and gather together to start your wonderful journey. Suz will host and hold a beautiful opening ceremony, to bring you all together and set your intentions for the days ahead.
This Retreat program includes Accommodation, Nourishing Plant based dining, Mindfulness teaching, Yoga & Sound bathing and finishes on a high with an energetic drum and rhythm workshop. Throughout the Retreat there is time for rest, self care, massage, walks, and self directed invitations, to assist you and allow you to curate your own wellbeing. The Isle of Skye is famous for its natural beauty and wild landscape. You will be staying at Croft4 Cottages which hosts up to 5 guests in double and single bedroom boutique shared cottage accommodation. Uniquely decorated rooms with a Scottish contemporary design allow you to really relax and feel comfortable while you immerse yourself in the retreat experience.
The cottages come with wonderfully comfortable beds and hotel quality linens, free wifi, luxury Scottish toiletries, fluffy white towels and shared living / relaxing areas. Alongside the cottages, there is an outdoor seating area for ceremony and time out, weather permitting! Main dining area, group space, massage room & sauna are all located within Croft4. Croft 4 is a stone’s throw from the shore, mountain views, wild walks, and more…
Wellbeing and Nutrition
Included in your retreat programme are delicious and nutritious meals provided by our local chef. All food will be vegetarian, with vegan and gluten free options. Allowing you to nourish yourself from the inside. With options to add on a one or two hour massage session with our dedicated therapist in our intimate treatment room. Or challenge yourself and join our Wild Swimming Experience with local Mountain Guide Expert Sarah.
